Teah follows the emotional reunion of a successful Black woman in her 20s, and Damien, a charming Hispanic chef, as they meet at a familiar Latin restaurant after years apart. As the two reminisce about their past relationship, a playful conversation turns into a deeper exploration of their differing life choices. The story is an intimate exploration of love, growth, and the difficult choices between career ambition and personal fulfillment.
